• Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

3. Returning Items

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your stove stand arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@cutnsteel.com with photos.

• We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
