Terms & Conditions - What You Need to Know

1. Product Description

All stove stands are handmade/bespoke (adjust as needed) and manufactured in the UK. Due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations in finish or dimensions may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each product.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We accept a range of payment methods

3. Manufacturing and Delivery

  • Each stove stand is made to order and dispatched within 2 weeks of order confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International shipping may incur additional customs fees or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 14 days from the date of order to request a refund or return.

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
